FAQ's For Ordering Exmark Parts Online

  1. Where do I find my Brand, Model and or Serial Number? 
    1. All equipment manufacturers are required by law to place an identification badge on all the equipment they sell in the US market. This badge usually contains, at a minimum, the Manufacturer, the Equipment Model and the unique Equipment Serial Number. Owner's manuals will NOT have the unique serial# and may reference multiple different models, so it is best to go directly to your equipment to find this information. See "Equipment Brand vs. Engine Brand" below to avoid confusion as the engine may have its own badge with model and serial number which will not lead you to any parts other than those of the engine.
  2. What is the Status of my order? 
    1. You will get email "order status" updates as your order goes from processing to shipped. But if you have any questions along the way please feel free to contact us at 1-877-835-9755 or via email at onlineparts@ottopaap.com
  3. Where does my order ship from? 
    1. Otto Paap Co is located in Raymond Wisconsin (20 minutes South of Milwaukee Wisconsin)
  4. What are your shipping methods? 
    1. Our preferred shipper is Federal Express. Your packages will be shipped ground, unless other arrangements have been made with us. If you need different shipping please feel free to contact us at 1-877-835-9755 or onlineparts@ottopaap.com and we can give you rates and availability.
  5. How much will be shipping be? 
    1. Our rate is $8.95 flat rate for standard shipping. Please note that items that are over weight and over sized will be subject to additional shipping charges, as well as packages requested to be shipped overnight
  6. When is my credit card charged? 
    1. Your credit card is verified at the time you place the order and the amount of the order is "Authorized" as being sufficient to cover the amount of the order. Once the order is complete and shipped, the amount "Authorized" in the previous step is "Captured", or charged. The process of "Authorize" and "Capture" is the process used by all credit card companies for all credit card transactions.
